Try reseting your Bios to default values.
Just choose load default values on the main screen...it just might help.
It also may be that you received a damaged card or its some kind of BUS/Card incompatibility.It sometimes happens with certain cards and MBs-thats usually requires advanced tweaking if possible.
If you upgraded your RAM recently try checking it for damage.
