also, lately, some Kaleuns have been experiencing download issues with certain browsers. some have not. we are not sure of the root cause. i, myself, experienced this for the first time in many years.
anyway, if you are using Chrome, try a different browser such as
Firefox or even
Edge, and the d/l should work.
