Well, PM gave up himself. He doesn't even want to try and bring his case to the supreme court.
This means that he'll stay in jail, and not until 2033 efter 16 years of prison time, the authorities will make a mental examination to determine whether he is able to be let out again - or not. Probably not!
I predict they will keep him in jail untill he is between 70 and 80 years old.
But that's just a guess.

The final verdict (unless PM and his lawyer will be allowed to appeal to the supreme court, but I doubt it will happen...) is:

Life in prison to PM - the same verdict as in the first court room.

Let's hope it will stop here, so the family of KW can get some peace now, knowing that PM will remain locked up for the rest of his life. Even though, life in prison theoretically is not life in prison, and that all prisoners have the right to have their case reviewed after 16 years and every now and then, I think his case is so particular that I doubt he'll ever get out again.

The juridical judges and the lay judges have all shared the same opinion. Thus the sentence is quite clear!
