Usually after modding (hence activating/deactivating numerous times mods) this camera becomes bugged 
EDIT : solved with complete re-install … nevertheless quite strange this camera bug

For the camera I think of traces of previous modding...objects or ships that are not completely erased can be seen with the campaign editor...?
because the camera seems to freeze in different places especially near the ports moreover when we start again with the backup it works again...
