Wow that's big list! I have mostly whats on subsim too. A few additional ones like a "dark menu bar" - Easier to see during night missions. I play DC and most files can be used with SH2 so check those downloads. Just backup and experiment.
Re: Missions. The in game single mission designer is not very flexible as uou know. I use the Kriegstanz editor to design my own and then edit the text by hand if necessary in the scenario definition file or . sdf . This editor also includes a way to auto randomize the start up positions , weather etc very handy. Its fun- researching the history and then trying to design a mission worth playing or testing what if scenarios?
