Thanks for reminding me of using SH3 Commander.
Not sure if your way is better. I have used that method fooling around with careers, but I think SH3 Commander grabs the info from SH3 Main.cfg file initially when setting up the new career, if I remember correctly.
Old brains do get confused.
Your way allows you to move that number up or down as desired if I am not mistaken.
