If you have discord, the patches are mentioned there in the KSD group, in the patches section.
With KSD II: Ace, being up to v1.3 (I believe..
) that should already include what was in v1.2 & v1.2.1, and... perhaps v1.3, with some small changes made as some items in those patches, may have been decided of not being needed. Can't say with 100% certainty on that though.
If not a member, can dm Niume, here & request a discord invite to the group.
Or look for them there on discord & request that invite.
Last I knew of, the patch for it was up to v1.4, I believe... now.
