Unpatched my SH4.exe crashes in OM every time and often when starting patrol from inside harbour. Both issues are warned against by Lurker.
The patched SH4.exe never crashes under any circumstances...

Using Win 7 64-bit, 6 GB RAM, 5970, non-OC.

If you run your Window's Reliability and Trouble Log, what do you see?
