The original game came with the serial number only visible under a microscope due to an error on the part of the publishers.I have installed the game a few times and got the number wrong every time.All I can say is double check every digit,substitute a 'zero' for the letter 'O' or '2' for the letter 'Z' or visa-versa if needs be.Pretty sure it was all upper case.There is a hyphen '-' between the blocks of digits.Persevere
