Well after re reading your post I seen that you took a bunch of hull damage. The brass will rap your knuckles for getting your ship shot up. I missed the 84% sentence. That is pretty bad. :p In real life, they would have probably sent you to a desk job
The reason you get an earlier model is lack of subs. (I am assuming)
