Well, if this is any consolation, I can run SH IV + UBM with RFB + RSRDC just fine with:
Processor : AMD Athlon 64 2800+ @ 1800 MHz
Physical Memory : 1024 MB (2 x 512 DDR-SDRAM )
Video Card : Nvidia Corp GeForce 7300 GT
With very low settings, but then I am not into eyecandy that much. :p Had ATI Radeon 128 MB Graphics Card..decided to get GeForce 7300 GT, both affordable and compatible with the rig just to run SH IV.
