No offense intended to you AntEater but:

interpretation of the NIC article. Even his "original document" link doesn't come from the source but rather the Guardian.
c. It is merely an estimate of what
might happen almost twenty years into the future. I leave it to you to calculate how accurate such projections tend to be.
