well thats it then, its the NSM mod, it makes ships sink only from flooding so it may sink if you wait a day or two lol. any shot above the waterline with NSM is wasted, you can blow the decks off the ship but it will never sink because it is not flooding unless you shoot below waterline and into more than one compartment of the ship.
thats why i never use NSM because i dont care if it is realistic to take 12 hours or 2 days to sink, i dont want to wait that long to get credit for my kill
