How many memory slots do you have on your motherboard?
If you have 4 then 4 sticks of 512 mb will do.
More (possibly compatible) RAM on the way. I hope that is a fix.

Two slots only. Yes, I know . My 1995 IBM Aptiva had more. But I had less trouble with Win 3.11, and PC DOS 7.

Also: Is it Radeon 3850, or ATI 3850 ? Budgeted, enquiring minds want / need to know.

Thank you, one and all.
