If the above is true, you will indeed have many problems with GWX. Your vid card and other specs are more than adequate, but that RAM should be at least 1GB...2GB would be ideal.

If you do decide to go with a newer AGP card, bear in mind that they have their own seperate power socket and you'll need a power supply that can provide a steady 24 amps on the 12-volt rail. Most 500w PSUs can deliver this.

Bear in mind that ATI and nVIDIA are both getting spotty with their support for AGP.
ATI and nVidia...another bubble burst. And the power supply advise set off alarms.
I am sooo behind the times when it comes to IC.
