Hi all, first post so please excuse if you are already aware of this:

Pause the video, the film will continue to buffer. When it has finished buffering open up your temporary folder (/tmp/ in Linux) and rename/copy and paste the temporary file - Flash8OJJMB in my case.
This can now be played back full screen, using Kaffeine or a Windums equivalent.
