Anyone on dial-up should pay more. They pinch 5 cent Buffalo Nickles to become 6 cents at times.
Make them PAY more.
SH4 1.5 is $10.00 bucks MORE after your original game purchase of SH4. Well worth the $10.00 bucks.
Since you are making an issue of 10-$bucks$, well... spend some money some where else.
I paid $59.99 for SH4 when it came out and another $10.00 later for SH 1.5 U-Boat add on ... so cry on someone else's shoulder.
