You can find some great sounds in the Thomson's sound mod.
And Spax's Sh4 U boat Speech Fix V7 ( german sounds )
You can listen to the sounds with
goldwave and you can replace them in the sound file from SH4. Make sure you name it the same as it was before in the sound map.
