The Salary Cap makes a difference in this, they brought this into the NHL a few years ago also, and it has and will continue to
level the playing field there as well. Anyway, back to the NFL: a team like Green Bay has an opportunity to compete against some of the larger market clubs like the Giants, Chicago or your squad, Atlanta.
It all makes for great entertainment
By the way it's nice the Falcons are doing well after " the Micheal Vick " era .
