I have just performed a fresh install of SH3 and GWX 2.1. Launching via exe (not using Commander) and with no mods enabled, I still get this problem. I completely deleted all folders everywhere related to SH3.
Note the page is 'Enemies of Germany'
Note there is no help text displayed.
You may download all files I am aware are related to displaying the help text
here. If someone could run winmerge on them and tell me what is different, that would be great. The GWX install files I am using did not produce this problem in times past, so I believe them to be correct.
Please advise how help text in en_help.txt is used by the game. This text appears to be correct, yet I am still getting the stock help data. Is this file even used? Your response is greatly appreciated.
