Yes and no. Of course, a big attack with high casualty rate is different, but be it soldier or civilian, he's still a human. And seeing how things are in both Afghanistan & Iraq, any death of an coalition soldier or any civilian is IMHO a wasted life for lost cause.
A soldier and a civilian are indeed both humans but the former has the training and the means to defend himself and is alert for danger, the latter (by and large) does and is not.
Yup, right you are. But I dont think it matters to the terrorists, aslong as he/she is an western. :hmm:
