Diving capability of 500 meters, and longer periscope, you can stay at 25 meters deep and peek above the waves. The torpedos can run at 200kts. The nuclear warhead on them can vanish any ship in a radius of 3.000 meters. The fuel lasts twice as long as the IXD2, and the batteries can last so long that the XXI would feel ashamed.
