If you are referring to the AOTD-AA-Ship-Schleuse-Bugfix....ensure it is activated in/via JSGME before the Community Ships mod.

This link is for the Community Ships minus the Titanic IIRC, because I use the one by VonDos that becomes armed as the war progresses.
