Anybody have any ideas why I can't get my 2nd patrol?

2nd Flotilla (Wilhelmshaven)
1st patrol completed on 08/08/39
When I load "in port before next patrol" I am still at 08/08/39 and my patrol description is still that of my 1st patrol (5 day shakedown to BF16)
