There is an option like that in Ati Tray Tools(Perserve aspect ratio in the above pic), but for me and several other Ati+TFT-monitor users it's greyed out(unaccessible) for an unknown reason. The only option to get an undistorted SH3 is to run it in windowed mode, which is locked to a 1024x768 sized window, or use
this method to run it in a custom sized window.
