Most of the time the scrolling in the Nav map was a pain especially since you could just hold the left mouse button down and drag the screen. However this can be easily reversed, just go to my FF page and download the Sliding Stations Panel mod, see the readme, it shows where in the
menu_1024_768.ini file to change it back.
