The 9950 is where its at. I've heard of problems with 9850's and turning off Cool and Quiet. That is because of the 3 cent parts.
The black - not so much a fan myself of overclocking anything. I used to, but CPU's are so fast these days, it really doesn't matter. Back in the day where 100 Mhz was fast, there was something to be gained. These days, not so much.
