That's not the easiest post to read - it's easier if you write the list as a list rather than relying on us digging the info out of the text.

Here goes:
One mod you don't have is BBWs GWX 2.1 fix. There's already been a thread on when to install it at: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=143514
The GWX mods and contacts should be OK.
What is RL ev2 standard?
Msn Os Lite won't effect gameplay as it only changes one file.
The remainder are graphic and sound effects rather than gameplay, so there shouldn't be a problem there.

I think the problem lies with RL ev2 standard but can't be sure as I don't know what the mod is.

If all else fails, disable all of your mods then enable one at a time - that will give you the culprit.
