Default Kilo Li-ion SSK

Gents,

I've just got a lead back to me about two recent conversions done on Kilo SSK with Li-ion battery installations. Currently endurance is measured around the following

Lead-acid Battery Installation

400nm @ 3knots for 5.5 days travel
200nm @ 6 knots for 1.38 days travel
100nm @ 12 knots for 8.33 hours travel
50nm @ 24 knots for 2.08 tactical speed

Li-Ion Battery Installation

750nm@ 3 knots for 10.5 days travel
375nm@ 6 knots for 2.6 days travel
187nm@ 12 knots for 15.5 hours
95nm @ 24 knots for 3.9 hours tactical speed

Huge differences here in battery technology!!!! This would be a perfect solution for the RAN's Collins Class as the distances that are required for the patrolling of Australia's coast line is 100 times greater than that of their European friends. As this sub was developed for the cold war to sit off a coast line to defend against a Russian invasion fleet it's lead-acid batteries don't cope with the long distance and high tranisit speeds required for the RAN requirements.

Is there anyway of altering the Kilo to be able to incorporate such figures?
