Download a software called FRAPS.

It allows you to record both audio and video of whatever you have on your screen. Very easy to use. Once you finish recording, use windows movie maker to edit your video, cut the parts you want and compile it in WMA format, so you can transform a 1GB video size into a 70mb video size, with almost the same quality.
