Just out of curiosity, do you have any other mods installed that might animate the fans? I downloaded RFB so I could have a nicer interior too, but my fans are all static.

The animated fans will be in the next RFB release, which should be in a couple weeks, if not sooner. We have a few little kinks to get worked out.
I think RR is using the beta currently as am I and thats why animated fans are included in his post...
