The sun can look pretty huge in real life.
This picture was taken at 1900 last night:
Sad part is that in real life it looked far far more circular, not as much glare/lens flare! heh
But it was pretty large compared to other things.
I do like the smaller sun in game though, that "fixed" shot just above looks fantastic.
