Bush doesn't even give Chavez the time of day in any way. I love the way Bush handles little Chavez. They treat him like he doesn't exist. He's harmless and an insignificant flea. That's what's so funny, it irks Chavez into saying some of the most idiotic stuff. The Bush administration has played this guy for a fool for a long time. And Chavez falls for it every time.
