I've done that. I'm pretty sure that I've done that, included the basic.cfg changes into my version of late war sensors. Right now, I have everything built off of the XXIII, so i'll probably start from anew and make a version of late war sensors using the basic.cfg from Longer repair times and gwx 2.1, disregarding the changes for the XXIII, so I can enable that when I need a snorkel anttena without using the XXIII.
