I'm using TMO, I have the expansion fully patched everything works fine...but...

If I do a career out of Manilla or any other Asiatic base with an S boat, the boat wont move. Ahead 1/3 - "Cannot comply" ..every speed it just sits even though I'm fully staffed with no damage.

Anyone know of this please?
