Mod released.
As you can find at the first page (recommended read), this mod is made to be used on top of the last version of OLCE2. It's the same OLC environment, with little touches in the water, as you can see in the screenshots (again in the first page).
It's good enough to be released already, but not good enough to call it finished.
This is version 1.0.
Expect this to reach versions like 3 or 4.0 soon.
