I think thats the problem bookworm..
while not all muslims necessarily think in this train of thought, they are quiet - its the vocal minority who intend on eliminating the dilemma of facing it outside of school by taking over to the extent where there will be no women uncovered. |
Agreed. 
From an Islamic theological view the wearing of hijabs, headscarves, niqabs, burkas and the like are not fard (compulsory). At the end of the day it is and should be a choice for any woman.
This "school policy" is just utter rubbish and an example of total stupidity.
