Quite often, unless it's severely broken English, I don't usually notice anything funny. Heck, one time I saw a guy on a forum who's English was so horrible that I was sure that English was his 7th langage or something crazy. He was from New York. :P
Taking your question as an example, it was only after reading your message three times that I noticed that you typed "how
does the posts" rather than "how
do the posts".
Even that though, could simply be a typo from a native speaker. Being on the internet so long though, I often don't even notice major typos anymore!
