It takes about 10-12 minutes

to load a career save from the time I click on the SH3Commander icon till the control room comes bouncing onto my screen.
Unfortuneately, I can't leave it on between sessions, so I have to save after my session and turn the computer off. It sucks, but that is the way it goes.

I try to get as much play time as possible during the week. Usually after work for an hour or so before I pick up the little angels

from school and sometimes for a short time after until mama comes home depending on whether the kids have homework or not.

Ahhhh, but on Friday nights, that is my uninterrupted play time. I go 4-5 hours straight, uninterrupted by husband/father duties with the faithful hound curled at my feet and usually slide into bed at about 2am. Pure bliss!
