There was a segment on the Howard Stern show about this. This was one of the few times I heard Howard really and truly lose his cool
There are doctors who are preforming rib removal surgery on nine year old girls!!!!!
This same doctor was also proud of the fact that he preforms Breast Augmentation surgery also on nine year old girls!
How sick is that?
What sort of parents would allow someone to mutilate their child????
