What is "FB mod section" and where do I find it? Also what is RSDS patch for RFB 1.5?

FB=Fleet Boat (to find the fleet boat mod section look straight ahead, you are in it. 
RSDS=Run Silent, Dead Silent!! :rotfl:. I would imagine it is a typo for RSRD but I've been wrong before.
There is a program called Menu Maker if you don't like the tabs, and there are some MODS for telegraphs in here too.
