So here's an in Depth Charged Question....
I have noticed that if you make the slightest upgrade to your boat, then there are additional days that go by when you are in base that I assume are because of the refit that is going on to your boat.
How long did these really take, in fact how long were the construction times? I did a little digging and in their usual prussian way, it seems that they figured out ways to maximize what they had, and minimize wasting time.
