Keep em in custody until they have paid for all the damage to the vehicles and a further sum for mental injury/trauma to the lorry driver in particular.
As already pointed out, it took 6 officers to restrain "the polite way" but that only endangered others during the process.
Incarceration until hefty sums are handed over.
