Just a note from our earlier work on the XXIII, where we converted your original SH3 model into a human-playable version... The "training stripe" should be yellow, not white. This is a product of black-and-white photographs being misinterpreted.
According to a contemporary source on U-2329 "Das Boot trägt die
gelben Erkennungsstreifen am Turm ..." We followed this up and could only find mention of yellow stripes, never white. I don't have any
colour photographs of a Typ-XXIII, but I do have some of other U-boat types, if you want me to dig them out.
Anyway, it should look something like this...
... however, that said, your new model's quality is muuuuuuuuuuuuuuch better!!!
