Well case in point, Halo just recieved a no cd patch with the latest official patch.
I like that game, having played it 2 times on the xbox and at least 6 times on the pc.
Its a guilty pleasure of mine, even though I don't like fps in general. But Halo is just to funny, great acting, great cinematics, great sense of story, etc...
By EA's policy I should have buyed the game at least 2-3 times. :rotfl:
While EA customers will wonder wether they will still play the game in the following years I will continue to engoy Halo. No restrictions whatsoever etc...
Its surprising that Microsoft acted this way, its a first for them. Well all I can say is kudos
to MS. Lets hope its not an isolated experiment.
