The English phrase for 'louvoyer' is 'zig-zagging'. In poor visibility (rain, wind 15m/s second etc..) it's unlikely to spot you at more than 300m, unless you do something to give yourself away, like run too fast and creats a huge bow spalsh. That's why it needs to be a
slow merchant.
