Iam running trigger maru 1.5 and the deck gun reload is very slow..

I can see the reload being slow in rough weather, but when you have calm sea's the rate of fire should not be 1 round every 30+ sec if your lucky..More like 1 round every 15 sec..Now how do i fix it??
