I have to hand it to you kriller....the water is amazing, very very life like!
I do however find night time to be far too dark. When waves exist at night, incidental light reflects of them and scatters immediately about. This actually increases the effective light on the waves and thus waves are quite visible at night time. I've been in the middle of south atlantic at night with no moon and overcast skies....yet the sea was visible all around the boat and for about 20 meters out.
when the sea is as flat as a pond however, then the sea is very hard to see, but incidential light still reflects of the side of the ship.
