I would just talk to them about it. If that doesn't work, call their company office. Make sure you take notes on what time you called and what was said. Now, if they refuse again, you've got a case. Sue them for the cost of the water, trespassing, court costs and legal fees, and whatever bs charges your lawyer can ome up with.
They'll probably settle, and you get a decent chunk of change if you can agree on a reasonable allocation of winnings with your lawyer.
