It might apply to xp 64bit and vista 32bit user as well:
Til today i used winrar 3.71 to unzip everything for sh3/sh4 using vista 64bit. Since i began to modify the stock games with those exiting mods i was shaken by unexplainable bugs, glitches, CTDs etc.
I had as usually issues with adding new available mods. Then i made due to being nerved and unconcentrated a new approach to fix it using 7 zip accidently not winrar and ...... I couldnt believe it
, all those glitches were gone !
Exited by it i dumped my existing installations and reinstalled them from scratch using 7 zip and the downloaded compressed files. Im powerplaying NYGM and GWX on seperate puters for 3 hrs now and havnt encountered any of the previous anomalies so far.
I strongly recommend to everyone using the same OS to redo their installation this way. .... but i wont take any responsibility if u screw up of cause
